Drawing Dialogueは、アーサー・ファンと襟草 丁によるドローイングで対話をするプロジェクトです。2023年3月に始動、A5サイズの紙またはペイントソフトにあらかじめ決めておいた時間ドローイングをし、日常的にそれを相手に送ります。受け取ったドローイングに線を重ね、これを複数回繰り返します。つまり、3往復した場合は6回分の線が重なります。描いている環境やその時の感覚を各々が観察し、これを記録しながら、描く時間や往復する回数等の条件により、時間や空間がどう変化するかを探求します。

“Drawing Dialogue" is a project by Arthur Huang and Tei Erikusa which began in March 2023 and consists of drawings on A5 size paper or in painting software for a predetermined period of time. The drawings are exchanged between the two artists on a daily basis. The artists repeat this process multiple times, layering lines on each drawing.  For example, if the exchange takes place three times, the drawing will have six layers of lines. Each artist observes and records the environment in which he/she draws along with the sensations he/she experiences and explores how time and space change depending on the duration of the drawing time and the number of times the drawing is exchanged.
